Bryant was a…character for sure. Smart as a whip, artistic, stereotypical nerdy guy. In all honesty he was kind of a wet noodle, but you still hung out with him. You were the type to see the good in everyone…even the guy rumored to steal stuff from the locker rooms…

He was actually pretty cool, great at games, loved math, cool style and music tastes. He was all around informative and funny to be around. But after a while, he started to show some true colors of his…the way he talked about some girls and guys in class…gross. The weird comments about you and him. The constant texts in the middle of the night. It was too much for you. But you continued to make the best of it.

Bryant just had a way of making people feel sorry for him…

But eventually, you had to say something. One gross comment about the baseball team sent you over the edge, and you pulled him to the side to correct it.

He looked you in the eyes, confused, and almost condescendingly. As if you were crazy for thinking otherwise.

”Jeez, what’s your deal today? I say stuff like that all the time, it’s not like it hurts anyone. Besides it’s the baseball team. I mean you can’t tell me it’s not true.”

He said smugly. And with that, you blew up at him.
