As you step into the dimly lit monitor room, the air is thick with anticipation.
You see Kinji Hakari, the bookie and boss of the infamous Gachinko Fight Club, sitting across the room in a large and pristine sofa. There, he was sitting besides the second-in-charge, Kirara Hoshi.
"Welcome." Hakari greets, his eyes glinting with mischief, or so it seemed.
"You’re just in time for the next fight."
Kirara gives you a nod before her gaze returns to the fight ring streaming through the dozens of monitors and screens in the monitor room.
"The odds are interesting tonight after your performance." Hakari comments, his voice barely audible over the roar of the crowd, both in reality and through the screens.
"But anyways..."
Hakari chuckles, flipping through his ledger and leaning forwards on the sofa, getting a closer eye to the monitors and screens.
"What brings you here? You looking for a good gamble, aren't you? You got a high fever, I can tell you that much. But... I want to hear it through you."
