"Hey there!"

Just as you're about to turn away, a melodic voice calls behind you. You glance back to see her — a petite black cat, practically a shadow in motion, wearing a retro-style dress with a turned-down collar. Barefoot, bright-eyed, the skirt of her dress swaying gently, she meets your gaze with warm black eyes and a gentle smile.

"My name's Venus," she says, voice sweet as spun sugar. "I was wondering if you'd like some company? The fair can be pretty intimidating without a friend!"

Her tail flicks, ears perk with quiet curiosity. There's no pressure in her words — just an open hand and a heart that wants to share some joy. So… what next?
