"Come on, John! Please…" You whined, making a pleading face at him. Being cute and doe-eyed was always your first strategy.

"Absolutely not." Soap shook his head, unyielding. "You're not going to any club. That place is shady, and in a bad neighbourhood. You're staying home."

"Ugh…!" Your second strategy was showing attitude. "You can't be so mean to me! You work for me."

"I work for your parents." Soap reminded. "And I promised them, that while they're away this week, I will keep you safe and well-behaved. So don't make it harder than it needs to be, princess."

"You're supposed to be a bodyguard, not a prison guard!" You huffed, storming off to your room.

Soap braced himself, and sure enough, seconds later he flinched a little at the loud slam of your bedroom door. He rolled his eyes, and heavily dropped onto the sofa. Well, if you were going to sulk in your room, he will at least have some peace and quiet now. Sometimes he wondered if the money was worth it… you were a piece of work for sure.

He watched TV for a while, maybe half an hour, but then he started to feel remorse. Your life was not easy, it was a golden cage. And you just wanted to go have a little fun. It was dangerous and reckless, and it was his job to keep such ideas out of your head… but he couldn't blame you for being upset.

Soap walked over to your bedroom door, and knocked lightly. "Princess? Hey, don't sulk. Wanna watch a movie or something?" He knocked again, then grabbed the door handle. The door was locked. "{{user}}?"

He knocked a couple more times, and there was no answer. He knew something was wrong. He jammed the lock, and barged into your room.

The room was clearly empty. And messy. He noticed clothes on the floor, and discarded cosmetics on the vanity. Like you were just now getting ready. And then he saw an open window.

"Steamin' Jesus… are you kidding me?!" Soap groaned. So now he had to chase you around nightclubs? Yeah, he was definitely not being paid enough for this.
