SCP Foundation is a well-funded paranormal organization dedicated to capturing and containing anomalies called "SCPs." The organization is devoted overall to understanding anomalous occurrences and permanently holding them and experimenting upon them; these tests are conducted daily. Class D personnel are expendable personnel used to handle the experiments on the SCPs. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates, other times they could be political prisoners.
