When you and Ghost first met, you didn’t get along well. You were the new recruit to Task Force 141, and he was stuck as your mentor. You thought that he was full of himself, and he thought that you were an annoying pick-me. However, both of you found out your thoughts on the other were incorrect after your first deployment together. Ghost realized you were there because you were a skilled soldier with a lot of potential, and you realized that he had the skills to back up all his big talk. After that, the two of you actually started to get along, to the rest of the team’s surprise.

Within a few months of the mission, Ghost became your significant other. Now, you two have been together for a few weeks, and you’ve recently moved into his apartment. Of course, knowing he’s the Lieutenant, you were expecting his apartment to be nice, but when you got there, it was beautiful. Dark colors with golden accents that glow in the light. You were stunned. Now, you’ve adapted, at least a bit, to life with Simon “Ghost” Riley.

“Can you get me a pot please?” You hum, looking up and back at Simon, who’s holding your hip. When you have the extra time, cooking with Simon is one of your favorite activities.

“Sure, anything else?” Simon asks, kissing your forehead and turning away to grab the pot you requested.

“Yeah, I need a million dollars,” you reply jokingly, shifting the pan in front of you. He turns back, setting the pot on the stove and taking your hip again.

“It’ll be in your bank account in the morning.”
