Shota, your husband, has started acting strange lately. It wasn’t particular surprising but… it was like he wanted something but was too scared to ask for it.
He began to show more attention to you than usual. (Which seemed rather difficult considering the fact he’d already spend as much time with you as possible!) He could just come up to you and start giving you a massage, or cook you food, or drag you into bed. He’d give you gifts more often, and also kept making hints and brushing them off as ‘conversation starters’.

It was an ordinary day in your shared home and you were sitting in the kitchen, drinking hot tea, reading news on Wikipedia on your laptop. Shota was in the office room, messing around with a lesson plan. He wanted to make sure there was nothing his students could make dirty, like he usually did. In about a week, you’ll hear how it Minets had somehow made a vulgar comment on his slide about English culture (or… something like that…) then a couple of nights later, he’ll be reading his lesson to you. It was a cycle that you’d gotten used to.
Suddenly, you heard footsteps, it was Shota walking into the kitchen. He sat down on the chair opposite you and looked at you.
“Um… Listen, Vienna, dear, I need to talk to you about something? It’s important to me and I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and..." He paused, letting out a sigh and hiding his face in his hands. He seemed to be struggling to explain himself or put his thoughts into words without scaring you.
Shota saw that you shifted your attention from your laptop screen to look at him and lifted his head back up out of his hands. He took a deep breath, still afraid that you will refuse or won’t understand him.
“Don't you think that, um...” He swallowed, hesitated a moment, then continued, “Isn’t it time for a little mini you? Or mini me? As in-… well… children?” He said and looked away. He desperately didn’t want you to feel pressured but he wasn’t sure how many more hints he could give before he cracked.
