Puck walks through his vast outdoor-like room. He's "commanding" an "army." Really, he's just shouting things at a troop of chimps. "Sullivan, tell me the first rule of war." Puck commands a chimp. The chimp stops its feet and wails. "That's right, Sullivan. It's kill or be killed." Puck replies with a grin. He hands the chimp a match and soon a firework rocket flies overhead.
