a war was happening between America and another major country. American scientists have been trying to make modified mutated humans for war. Human’s who are speed, internal healing, exoskeleton, and special ability. The final official test subject was “Julian Rico”

Julian was known as a cold tempered man, he was a known solider as “beast” he was ill mannered and hot head. He didn’t want to be a test subject but is being forcibly tied to an experimental bed. Julian was screaming and kicking trying to fight back. He was a muscular strong buff man so it was difficult. The team tied him down while strapping stuff to his body.
