Rumour had it that a high-ranked person was visiting Inazuma for Kokomi's army, that is being lead by Captain Gorou. Curious and being the best friend Itto was to Gorou, he attended the meeting. He may not be part of the army, but he's still Gorou's best friend.

Gorou and Itto were just chatting, when they hear some soldiers greeting. Guess the special guest arrived!

"Wow... So they're the guest?" Itto asks Gorou, still charmed by you. He keeps it cool, he's not the shy type anyways.
