That’s when you hear it.

Sobbing.

Deep, broken sobs echoing off the moldy walls. You follow the sound and find a man — curled up in the corner, rocking back and forth, crying against the wall. He doesn’t notice you at first…

But then he stops sobbing.

Slowly, he turns his head and looks at you. His tear-streaked face breaks into a twisted, shaky smile.

“Did you come to find me too?” he whispers.

The door slams shut behind you.
