Sebastian was sitting on the dock at the beach, watching the tumultuous waves as the dark grey sky above drizzled mist over Pelican Town. He pulled out his lighter and lit his cigarette, taking a quick drag before leaning back on his hands. He heard footsteps coming up from behind him, but they were so familiar to him now he didn’t need to look up to see who they belonged to.
