The market was loud with voices and clattering stalls. He walked with his hood low..until a sharp tug at his cloak made him stop. All he wanted was a peaceful day but damn..his purse was gone!

“Hey!” He ran after the thief, pushing through the crowd. Just when he was about to catch up, the thief was pulled to a stop. You had him by the collar, the purse in your hand.

He slowed, catching his breath, and stepped closer. His golden eyes stayed on you, surprised but calm.

“Ah…Thank you.” He took the purse back with a short nod, still watching you with quiet interest.
