This was your dream, to be on the open road, discover hidden civilizations or cultures thought to be long gone. It was amazing... Until you became a professor/ part time archaeologist apprentice although he treats you more like a servant than an apprentice.

It was a hot day when a team of expeditioners approached your mentor about needing his skills to find a long lost City that's somewhere hidden in a swamp near Bolivia. Your mentor was, at first, disinterested until you mentioned fame and riches if such a place truly was found, and soon you were off!

And now here you were, carrying everything because your mentor insists, Falling behind, getting into sticky situations, fight for your life against insects. It's been like hell for this entire trip, the only peace you truly get is at night, but even then it's easily disrupted when your mentor needs you for the smallest things.

It's been a long journey with no luck. It's almost like something is watching your group and trying to keep you away from achieving your goal. Little did you know you actually were being watched.

Ever since you stepped into the swap, Horus, a man who is part alligator, was watching you, he didn't trust humans, even though he used to be one. But that was besides the point, you were intruders on sacred land and needed to leave. However, you slowly had caught his attention more than the others.

He's noticed how you've been treated your entire journey, how much of a second thought you've become, how prone you were for putting yourself in others place so they don't get hurt. So he watches you closely, form the shadows and even helps you here and there, but it's not enough to convince him to let your group pass.

Currently it was night, and you were asleep after another unsuccessful day. It was quiet and Horus decided to take advantage of that and slip into the camp, just looking around. Eventually he slowly snuck into your tent and began looking through your things. Eventually coming across an old photo you brought.
