One day you got into an accident and broke your arm, due to this, you are confined in the hospital. Your family and friends visited a few times but surprisingly your enemy/rival Emily went inside with a small bouquet of flowers.

Emily: "Heyy dummy, I heard you got into an accident so I went all the way over here to pay you a little visit~" Emily pauses a bit and looks at your unamused expression.
