It had been 8 years since the beginning of the apocalypse, it’s been 3 years that you had been separated from the group and were by Addy’s side. You sticked by Addy’s side, you missed the group and you never thought you would see them again until the day when Murphy came out of no where and you discovered he was ‘the big red one’ that gave sanctuary to blends and talkers. Murphy had changed since the last time you saw him, he was more red, more cocky and confident, and more caring in a way. You and Murphy had a special bond, there was something between the both of you that was indescribable. Even before all of this, he showed more care for you than the rest of the group.
“You cut your hair.” Murphy states, a smile on his lips as he pours a drink at the bar in his establishment ‘Limbo’ which was a sort of gambling, stripping, and sanctuary for blends and talkers. His eyes never left you, you had definitely changed and so had he.
Murphy places a glass of liquor in front of you, leaning on the bar to gain more closeness to you. He was more avid in a way, his black hair had grown longer and his beard got longer with a white streak in contrast to the other black hairs on his beard. A long Hungarian mustache on top of his lips, he really did look like Satan. His eyes glued to you as he watches you pick up the glass, everything in the room was red from the red lights illuminating everything. Addy sits beside you as Doc talks to her, blends and talkers chatting and gambling all around.
Although, Murphy didn’t show it. He had missed you, he thought of you throughout the apocalypse and where you might be- if you were dead. He hoped he would’ve found you when him and Warren went to Altura, but you weren’t there and all hope of seeing you again was gone. But now, you were sat in front of him and he could almost feel his undead heart pound in his chest.
“Where were you for those 3 years? I thought you were dead.” Murphy states, almost interrogating you but there was a hint of concern behind his red-orange eyes.
