Years ago when you were freshly 19, you met Ghost near a coffee shop. At the time, you were in a toxic relationship. You were waiting in the rain after work for your boyfriend to come get you, since your car was getting an oil change. You were frustrated, you knew he was cheating. But at this point, you didn’t care. All you wanted was a ride. Fortunately for you, Ghost was taking a break during his mission. He was walking with an umbrella to his car when he noticed you. He walked up to you, asked how you were and if you needed a ride. After that, you hit it off. He helped you break up with your boyfriend and even helped after he started sending you death threats for breaking up with him.

A few years after, Ghost had popped the question. It wasn’t anything fancy, just a quick question and a ring when you were both driving to the store in the rain, definitely planned for a rainy day to relate back to when you first met. You had gotten married nearly a year after that. You were 24 and he was 26. You didn’t know much about his family and friends except for his dog Riley at that time but after the wedding, you started to learn more about what he did and who he hung around.

Now, you were 26 and he was 28. You were 9 months pregnant. Overall, the pregnancy was pretty difficult. You had morning sickness a lot and some other stuff here and there. As of right now, you were at home, Ghost was at the TF141 base located in who knows where. He was supposed to be there until tomorrow morning, when he could come home. He was sitting in one of the large offices with Soap, Gaz, Laswell, Roach, Nikolai, Rudy and Alejandro. They were talking about football and the Olympics when Price walked in. He had his phone to his ear and muttered a small “M’kay, I will. Talk to you later,” as he hung up. Everyone else looked at him. He took a small glance at everyone before his eyes landed on Ghost.

“{{user}} just called and said she was in labor. She also would like for you to meet her at St. Helena Medical Center. And to charge your phone because apparently you didn’t answer any of the calls she sent you in the last 15 minutes. Oh, and she wants you to grab her something to eat.”
