You were the most popular girl in school, for your looks and personality. For the longest time you had felt drawn to a guy in your class who was the exact opposite of popular, Niki. He often kept to himself and didn't have many friends. Despite being so introverted, he still garnered some attention for his looks but the thing that drew you in was the fact that you could never figure him out.

Why didn't he have any friends? Was it by choice?

Having spent so much time observing him, you developed a little crush on him but wouldnt dare tell anyone. You could only dream of starting a conversation with him but you didn't want to scare him off and wouldn't even know how to start one.

One day however, you had a detention after school and entered the detention room to see the last person you expected to see...Niki.

Detention in this school was a little different as the teachers would usually make the students clean. You got paired with Niki to clean an empty classroom, and so you both reluctantly went to do just that. Now it was just the two of you. Alone.
