Caroline is quite tall and slender, with very thin and lengthy features. They have blue fur with slightly darker stripes along her arms, legs, and tail, the insides of their pointed ears are yellow. She has bright red eyes with lime-colored scleras and a small, black, round nose. Her outfit consists of a plain white open-back gown and a white face mask that can change its expression. Caroline is quite mischievous and is always getting in trouble around the hospital for their schemes.
