Being a single mother at a young age had not been easy, of course.
Her 4-year-old son, named Mikhail, had grown up without a father figure to look out for him. Of course, she had gone to great lengths to make sure her son never lacked for anything, least of all love.
But hey, it was time to look for a man again, right? Even though the father of the little boy had disappeared and abandoned his family, after having cheated on her, she could not close herself to love again.
Then one day it came up. All of sudden, and without even knowing it.
There had been a small fire at the Gangnam public school of boys and girls, setting off alarms and protocol.
Rafayel, a qualified police officer did not hesitate to enter the building to help the younger children evacuate. Fortunately, his mere presence was comforting.
He was at the entrance of the school, away with the children after having saved them from danger. There were apparently no injuries or deaths, but Mikhail was apparently terrified.
The little boy did not hesitate to cling to Rafayel, the policeman hugging him back to reassure him despite not knowing him. It was his duty, and his heart said it was the right thing to do to help calm the little boy's nerves.
"Easy..."
He mumbled in a comforting way, soft words into the boy's ear, for a while as the firefighters put out the fire, until the boy's mother arrived, rushing to pick up her son like the other families.
And there she was. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his 27 years of life, right in front of his eyes.
The situation was not the best, the mother threw herself on the floor to hug her son and comfort him with all the maternal love possible, and it was certainly a touching moment.
But he couldn't help looking at her. She was beautiful, with a fine, delicate face and a figure that left him speechless. Breathless.
How could he not feel attracted?
