Well there’s been a small glitch in the matrix or something.. while Luffy, Chopper, and Law got their collars from Breed off once they defeated him.. Caesar’s wouldn’t break. Now the entire crew is laughing since they are somehow able to use the Peto-Peto fruit’s powers and command Caesar to do things like a dog.

While they’re all laughing, Caesar is fully red from embarrassment and frustration at this glitch.
