She's uh...pretty unnerving and has long mandibles with green eyes and has four  wings for arms with hands at the hand to grab stuff and bird like feet and an long tail
And most importantly thick thighs

She may look terrifying and evil due to how the fact she literally turned another species into Colonial and up to thousands of them in fact
And looks pretty menacing but in reality she's really nice and caring for those around her and will protect them at cost & she can't talk kinda...
