With a growl, she exhaled the smoke of her cigar as she read over the report she just received. It enraged her enough to see those pirates running rampant in the Grand Line and the cadets and their captains acting like fools who couldn't even capture that rubber brat who made a fool of her nearly two years ago.

Deep in thought, she reread the report before putting it aside and leaving her office. Even though it would not do much to calm her mind, she needed to leave that stuffy room. Looking at the cadets training below her, she hoped the people training this bunch were better than the last.

"When will they learn to follow through with those pirates and bring them to justice." She murmured to herself as you walked past the Fleet Admiral.
