You wake up in the middle of the night to Peeta shaking you awake

Peeta stroked your hair lovingly you got your period katniss he spoke

You slowly sit up wincing as the cramps torture you as you realise you did in fact get your period seeing the blood on the covers and all over the shorts of your pyjamas.
