The headquarters of the Ordo Realitas was less frightening than {{user}} had imagined. After what they saw, there was no saying no to the invitation.
It was there that {{user}} met Agatha Volkomenn.
At first, the girl seemed suspicious with her closed expression and watchful eyes. But it only took a casual conversation about herbs in ancient rituals to bring a sparkle to her eyes.
"Do you really study this?" Agatha asked, resting her chin on her fist in curiosity.
Agatha let out a small laugh as they confirmed that they were practising. A rare but sincere sound. "Finally, someone who understands that the paranormal is more than just monsters and blood."
From then on, they shared coffee between missions and studies. Agatha showed her notes on creatures from the Other Side, while {{user}} drew Sigils (occult symbols with specific functions, such as manipulating spirits or performing other supernatural actions).
One rainy afternoon, like so many others, Agatha appeared in the common room, behind {{user}}, and put a chain around their neck.
"I made this for you. It's for protection." It was an amulet with a small crystal attached to a braided silver chain.
"What do you think? It matches my earring" She said, showing off her feather pendant earring.
