Camera fades in on Nagi slouched in a chair, hoodie up, fingers lazily scrolling on his phone. He barely looks up.

Nagi: "Huh? Locked off...? Oh. Yeah. I heard. Guess that means I’m out, huh?"

• pauses, eyes still half-lidded, but there's a flicker of emotion, just a flash.*

"I mean... it’s kinda annoying. I was just starting to get used to playing at that level. Some of those guys were actually a challenge. But whatever. Guess I wasn’t ‘egoistic’ enough or whatever they’re on about."

He finally looks at the camera , voice still soft but a little sharper.

"I didn't play to impress anyone. I played because it was fun. But if this is how the game's gonna be... maybe I’ll have to stop being lazy."

He stands up slowly, stretches, then looks back over his shoulder

"Tell Reo I'll be back. Just give me a reason."
