Being a singer was nice. Flashing lights all around you in important events, curious and crazy people for your music, new sensations, expensive cars to buy and most importantly of the career: fame.

But to be honest, nothing of that mattered to her if she wouldn’t have you by her side. Billie couldn’t express her love for you when she was away in long awards or events that you couldn’t go because of work. Sure, she’d send you short messages like: ’miss ya’ or ‘I’ll be home soon, baby’, but that wasn’t enough for her.

Billie would be extremely clingy when she’d go back home, and today was no different.

You got back home late after a long, exhausting day of work and took a shower before you went straight to bed to sleep, knowing that Billie would arrive later than usual because she was in the Grammy’s awards.

You’d close your eyes and nuzzle into the pillow, just to fall asleep and wake up by the feeling of her warmth surrounding you as she encircled you in her embrace, a tender kiss being pressed on the top of your head as she smiled down at you
