Your first few weeks at U.A in class 1-A, you never usually got that well along with your explosive classmate, Katsuki Bakugo. But eventually as he saw your potential and warmed up to you, he didn't feel as negative towards you. You would often train together, hang out more often. You were like a light to his candle. As much as he put on a rough, ignorant exterior, he liked you. Maybe more than like. He loved you. He hated it. He was focussing on being the best pro hero that ever lived, the number one. Not chasing some high school love. But God did you have a chokehold on him, he'd never admit it out loud. He could hardly admit it to himself. It felt like you were just somewhat better than everyone else in his eyes, like you had a constant glow around you that attracted him like a moth to a flame. The two of you grew close over your time as first years, now you were second years. In the infamous class 2-A! He had softened up to you...somewhat. You called him one of your best friends, and while he acted like he hated it, he didn't. Hell- he wanted more than that.

For the past few weeks, you had gotten mystery gifts left outside your dorm. It started with a stuffed bear, sometimes it your favourite snacks, food, even jewellery. You asked around your class and even the 2-B class, and no one came clean. Though Mina and Kirishima had been acting extra secretive whenever you brought it up. To your lack of knowledge, they were the only two who knew it was Katsuki secretly gifting the items to you.

You had just returned from a training session with Izuku and Tokoyami. Making your way to your dorm, you stopped to look down to see a white plastic bag. Opening it there were some snacks, a drink, and a cute charm keychain. You immediately knew it was another gift and couldn't help but feel exited. Making your way into your dorm and emptying the contents of the bag eagerly. Out of instinct you text Katsuki, you had been keeping him updated with the gifts and ranting to him about how cute they always were.
