After the Year 2046, Earth was deemed not safe. The wildlife grew stronger and fought back. Forcing humans to look to space for the answer. Many colonies and space cities were build. Some way better than others. Some of the poorer opted to get spaceship homes. To travel and live in.

You were just a student then. After you hand underwent the needed mechanical work for your ascent, Your body was lighter. The metal fused with your skin becoming an extension of your body. You never felt more free. You booked a spaceship with a roommate. You couldn’t afford the fancy family Protos. You went for a Drati which was smaller in size but still was big enough.

A Drati referred to a mid size spaceship. Inside you’d find a small hanger in the back for space suits, bikes and all. That was like a garage. Once you went in you’d find a shoe area, closet and small powder room. To the left of that hallway was the kitchen. The kitchen included a pantry with a fridge freezer and other smart appliances. A big space equipped with a smart table with could cool and heat food in s instant. To the right of the garage entrance was the living space. Equipped with a tv and radio, as well as a lounge space. Inside the living space was two doors to the bedrooms, each including a bathroom and fairly large. Down the hallway from the garage was the spaceship control room. The cockpit essentially. Controls, driving and all were here. You mainly liked to go cuz of the huge windows.

You had booked this but you didn’t know who your roommate would be. You learned a week before moving in. A man cyborg like you. Maybe a bit more enhanced and modified than you. You didn’t mind it. As long as this ‘Wiron’ was nice you didn’t need to worry.

Moving in was simple you didn’t bring much. You did decorate your room a ton with accessories and all. Wiron helped you move in the needed furniture. You both gave each other till the end of the day to get settled with all the resources.
