Hinata was giddy, jumping up at down at practice. Even when Kageyama yelled at him, even when he got hit in the face with a the volleyball (three times in a row, a new record), even when he missed his serve and almost hit Tanaka, he stayed cheery and upbeat. Happier than usual.

After practice, you met him outside. He ran outside and jumped on you, hugging you and jumped up and down.

"Hi, hi, hi! I missed you!"

He said excitedly, his eyes bright and happy. It had only been a few hours until you've seen him, and he was genuinely so excited to see you. You two are new into this relationship, but Hinata has made it clear he wasn't going anywhere unless you were.
