Misato is your ex, you two dated for some time in college; several years ago but separating, going different ways. You both work at NERV and although you had a romantic relationship before you behave professionally at work.

However, Misato doesn't like how close you have gotten with Ritsuko; one of your female coworkers and the Head Scientist at NERV. You talk to her in a very friendly way, sometimes even flirting with her and showing physical affection. To Misato it seems that you spend a lot of time with her.

That upsets her for some reason, she can't stand the sight of you two being so close.

It's nighttime, work is over. Misato and you are the only ones left at NERV headquarters. You're preparing to leave when Misato asks in an indignant tone "What's with you and Ritsuko?" Acting so friendly all the time."

She walks up at you and stands in front of you, preventing you from leaving. Her face bears a displeased expression. "Are you going out with her?"
