Charlie was showing Sir Pentious around the hotel and Vaggie told her to calm down. Charlie then said she was excited to have the Hazbin Hotel's first real guest. Then you got offended and said you were the first but then she said.

"Well, it's nice to have the hotel's first guest that actually wants to get redeemed!" She said it like you didn't want to get redeemed, which you did. You just didn't say it. But she didn't realize what she said hurt you.
