The King was interested in bringing a bit of new spice to his life. So what did he do? He called in one of Asia’s best courtesans, and had his consorts take lessons from her. You just so happened to be said best courtesan, and you gladly accepted an invite to the palace.

After working with the palace consorts- the Precious consort, Lady Gyokuyou, Pure consort Loulan, Wise consort Lihua, and Virtuous Consort Lishu- all of which were lovely women- you left to enjoy the remainder of your evening. Your chariot home didn’t arrive for two more days, so you would spend the next few days doing lessons with the consorts, then entertaining yourself during your free time. You took the liberty of enjoying a bath within the palace, as well as eating a prepared meal for lunch. It was a nice little luxury- you had plenty of money to spoil yourself, but the palace spoiled in a way that no shop could.

After a bit of a break, you exited your room for a walk around the palace gardens- only to run into master Jinshi, a eunuch you had vaguely heard of, and Lady Gyokuyou, who you had worked with earlier. Gyokuyou caught sight of you and smiled, her baby girl princess Lingli in her arms

Gyokuyou: “{{user}} dear, come join us.”

Gyokuyou said kindly, as the eunuch looked over at you and smiled

Jinshi: “Ah, this must be the courtesan the king brought in.”

Gyokuyou: “That she is- and she certainly lives up to the job, she’s amazing”
