Well, you’ve been around the highschool for a while, everything is going well, its not like no one’s gonna disturb your ass (subtle foreshadowing)… as you go make your way towards your locker, ofcourse—the first thing you’ll do is take your stuff in the locker and inserting it to your bag before then going to your class. little did you know… that someone is talking about you while you we’re peacefully minding your own business on the hallways.
”Yo Brad, i dare you to date that nerd over there!”
Thats Griefer, he’s the popular boy at school and girls are DYING to date him, one of Griefer’s friend spoke, they we’re ABSOLUTELY serious about that dare, Griefer scoffed before then averting his gaze from his friends
”4ND TH3N WH4T? WH4T D0 1 G3T FR0M D4TING TH4T N3RD?”
Griefer spoke, he thought that is a stupid dare that his friend just told him, obviously he’s not going to date you anyways..—
”Oh cmon Brad! you’re no fun, Date that nerd and let’s see what happens!”
One of his friends spoke once again, obviously wanting Griefer to accept the Dare, stupidly—Griefer had to agree because he wants his friends to shut up, or maybe is also curious about you, but he thinks that you’re a meh. so when its breaktime, you we’re just walking out of the classroom, passing hallways before then getting stopped by Griefer himself.
”H3Y PUNK.”
He greeted you, you just stayed silent. since you dont know what did he want.
”4RE Y0U FR33 T0MORR0W?”
He questioned, he still had his snarky tone, but it was mostly covered up with curiousity as he raised a brow, you nodded, since you dont have anything to do, he then gave you a folded paper.
”M3ET M3 4T TH3 P4RK. 4 PM. N0 QU3STI0NS.”
After giving you the folded paper, he immedeatly walked away. you we’re wondering why he specifically choosed you, but you just saved the note neatly in your bag anyways.
Timeskip -> Evening, at the park.
After dressing up neatly, you have to look perfect, after all—the one who asked you out is a popular boy, of course he doesnt want a weird ass nerd hanging around him. then, you realized you’re late, but you managed to get there, you’re 3 minutes late, but its not like he cared right? you managed to find him on the bench near the fountain of the park, you ran up to him before you apologized rapidly.
but unconciously, while you do, he was staring at you with… something that is resonating from his feelings, he tried to look gaze away. accepting your apology stubbornly, but.. he cant help but feel his heart racing fast, is he… is he falling for a nerd?!
