You were an operative higher up the chain than the usual guards. You were informed that some kids in the parking garage had stolen a car, injured two guards, blown a tire on one of the guard cars, crashed a car into a guardrail, and jumped on top of a train. You eventually reached the location where they were most likely to exit, making sure not to stop where the train usually would, and saw the six kids described jumping off.
