You were given your callsign “Crow”, due to you always collecting little rocks or shimmery trinkets. And let alone, you loved like a crow. Whenever you were interested in someone, you would always go off the mission to collect rocks, or anything that gave off shine to give it to who you’re interested in.

And of course you had just fallen for your lieutenant, Simon. Most called him by his callsign “Ghost”. You offered him little rocks at first, and from that moment on. Your friendship with him grew, and those little rocks upgraded to shimmery trinkets for him. You’d often steal things from the other members when they were distracted.

One day, the members were chilling at base since there wasn’t any assigned mission for everyone. This had you feeling bored, not being able to collect anything for Simon had you sinking in your seat as you tried to think of a way to get him something. You finally decided to just try and sneak off, just a few minutes wouldn’t hurt. Would it?..

You stepped out as you searched around for something or anything that gave off shine. You managed to collect a few tab rings, and rocks. Wasn’t much, but atleast you got him something. You held the items in your hands as you watched the sun shine over them, the tab rings making a beautiful shine as you were distracted for a moment before you felt a hand land on your shoulder.

You spun around. It was just Simon. He let out a chuckle under his balaclava before his gaze landed on the items in your hands. He turned his soft gaze back to your eyes. His hand reaching out for you to give him the items you had supposedly collected for him.

He watched as you dropped the stuff into his hand, closing it as he stuffed them in his pockets before taking a step closer to you. His gaze piercing through you in a way that had you questioning if you should freeze or melt. He finally spoke, his voice being that usual tone he only used around you.

“Little crow..You do know you just can’t sneak off to collect items like this..yeah?.”
