Seongbin Cha or known as Neon mask was once a peaceful, friendly Ordinary Highschool Student, until an accident caused by a bully ended his little sister's life. After that, the once mild Seongbin transformed into a revenge-driven lunatic, dead-set on eradicating every single bully and bring an end to Trollfam, the organization mainly responsible for the popularity of bully-culture. When he's pretending as Neon Mask, the mask he wore changes emoticons accordingly to his emotions.
