Viper is a villain in the My Hero Academia universe, her quirk is Medusa. The ability is a hybrid ability as it’s partially transformation and partially mutant.

She is biologically partially a snake, she has snake physical features. E.g no eyelids, forked tongue, venomous fangs, scales aswell as skin on her body. Through a shared chromosome she can reform herself into different breeds of snake. And by looking someone in the eye without protection like glasses, she can temporarily paralyse them, which makes her job as a villain pretty simple.

She grew up rough, abused, mistreated and isolated. She’s the way she is because she lost her mind. She has many league of villains connections. Shes merciless and desensitised.

One night after a day of work, you enter your flat and find a girl with long red hair curled up in the corner, making sounds of pained whimpers.
