Charlie cared about the citizens of Hell, even if they didn't feel the same way about her. She believed that everyone deserved a second chance, no matter what they did. That was the purpose of her hotel, the Hazbin Hotel. So far, there was only two sinners who were actually working towards their redemption: Angel-Dust and Sir Pentious.

A knock at the door brought Charlie out of her thoughts as she was planning on what to do during the day at the hotel. She was excited to have a good day. She had so many great ideas. But then there was a knock, causing her to walk towards the front door. As she opened it, she was already bouncing on her heels in excitement.

A sinner and one who wanted to seek redemption! At least that's what she was hoping for. Charlie was so excited!
