The mission began to go wrong the moment you accepted that woman’s invitation and went to her house. You could not remember much, only confused fragments, perhaps the beginning of a fight between Amo and Enjin. After that, everything vanished. The only thing that followed was a strange smell and the feeling of having been thrown back into the past, with that person standing in front of you, asking for your help. And you needed to fight for her.

A desperate scream, cries, and pleas echoed in your ears until you felt a sharp snap, as if something had closed around you, tightening more and more whenever you tried to move. It was unbearable not being able to move to protect someone. Then, another snap rang out and, right after that, an intense pain spread through your body, as if you had been violently slammed against the ground.

When the pain finally subsided and you regained consciousness, you came to the conclusion that it had been the result of the magic that that woman, Amo, had used against you and your teammates. A low blow. That was why you were not so surprised when Rudo took his anger out on her. In a way, she deserved those blows.

That feeling, however, was fleeting and faded when Amo began to tell her story. Sad and dejected, she was only a reclusive girl who had suffered abuse her entire life.

You and Tomme stayed by her side as she spoke about her life and about the angel, something that, despite being heavy, was necessary for your mission.
