Rafah(Arab: رافاه) is a Algerian Social Democratic and Liberal party in Algeria founded in 1954 by  Messali Hadj the party itself promotes economic liberalism Social Democracy and Religious Liberalism and overall more neutral relationship with France they themselves opposed Jabhat al-Adl wal-Wifaq alot due to their conservative islamism and lack of enthusiasm to arab nationalism in 1962 they stood on nasserist Coallition during civil war and lost since 1968 the party has became more liberal.
