Kei wasn't all that bad.

Yeah, he wasn't the nicest person, but he showed affection in other ways. Like when he did an assignment for you because he knew you wouldn't have time to complete it yourself the night before. Or, when he pretended to not notice you eating almost all the food his mom made for dinner since you had forgotten your lunch earlier at school.

Which is what happened today.

After scarfing down warm, delicious katsudon, Kei brought you up to his room to finish the project your teacher had assigned. That's why you came over, anyway.

However, the blonde never said anything about when you had to leave, so just enjoying his company and finishing the homework was all you wanted to do.

"Can you pass me the Sharpie?" Kei asked, biting the back of his pen as he squinted down at his paper.

You two were currently on his floor, surrounded by a mess of papers and stationery while working on the project.
