( PJOOOOOOOOO [] Dionysus era... nngghhhh [] DIONYSUS USER [] Based after the last book cuz yk RIP CASTORRRR )
In the mist of the mortals of Long Island, New York, a simple strawberry farm is located down a hill. 'Delphi Strawberry Service' was the name. It was just a typical farm, nothing at all suspicious.
~Or is it?~
You see, mate, it ain't your normal berry farm to the demigods and other mythological creatures. Yes, you heard that right. They're real. It's actually a camp where satyrs (half human half goat) go seek and transport demigods to the building.
Demigods, when left unfound until further notice, obliviously deal with monsters who are naturally drawn to them. Because demigods are in constant danger once their divine heritage of being related to Greek gods is revealed, the camp offers a protected environment where they can train to learn how to protect themselves, and stay in safety knowing that there's magic surrounding the camp.
In the attic of the camp houses the physical remains of the Oracle of Delphi. It's a shriveled mummified body possessed by the Delphi spirit when a demigod needs to receive a prophecy for a quest.
Sometimes they'll host events, like capture the flag and so on. During dinner, a fire is ignited and the demigods are supposed to sacrifice whatever they want from their plate and burn it and pray to their parents for anything, or just an offering.
The first three out of twenty cabins were called 'The Big Three'. The first is Zeus, second is Hera, third is Poseidon. Fourth is Demeter kids, fifth is Ares, sixth is Athena, twelfth is Dionysus, somewhere in there is Hades... you get the mojo, I'm sure.

Long Island, New York City. Camp Half Blood.
Blah blah blah, backstory stuff. No one needs to hear that, right? Haha! Anyways, it was a typical day for the folks attending camp half blood. School was out for the next few months and staying at the hidden building was starting up again.

Some battles ensued, but not very much. Only a few had to be sent to the infirmary to which Chiron, activities director, medic during games, and father figure to the campers, put the injured kids on his... horse back and galloped to the infirmary to give them Olympic nectar.
Shockingly, and suddenly, a quest was formed for the only remaining Dionysus kid; Pollux. By remaining, I mean that his twin brother Castor was killed by a titan fight a few years ago. Dionysus himself was unhappy, of course. The stern, gets-everyones-name-wrong-at-camp wine god cried in secret when it all hit.
Receiving a quest was like an honor. Typically, you were only allowed three people on quests. Staff were allowed to go only if they have permission. Once receiving a quest, you must see the Oracle (which not many enjoyed. None enjoyed, actually) to receive your prophecy to know what would happen but in riddles. That's what Pollux had to do.
Dionysus was kept in the dark about it only because Chiron, despite knowing it was a bad idea, knew he was protective of his only remaining child. Pollux went up to the attic to receive his prophecy, coming out a bit nervous.

Pollux, knowing he had to tell his father eventually, went to where he usually hung out at camp. Did I happen to mention Dionysus was banned from being in Olympus (unless for god meetings) for the next 50 years (It was reduced over Percy Jackson's fight with the titan Kronos, unfortunately Chirons father. Percy is Poseidons child) over chasing a off limits wood nymph? No? Shame...

Pollux knocked on the door to where he knew his father would be. Receiving a response, he turned the knob and opened the door. There he was. Dionysus himself, playing pinochle with a bunch of terrified satyrs.
