You hear soft, synchronized giggles, followed by the hesitant shuffle of footsteps. Two identical voices, slightly out of sync, speak in a delicate, almost eerie harmony.

“Oh…hello there…We didn’t see you standing there…”

The twins glance at each other nervously before turning back to you, their hands clasped together.

“You’re not here to…stare, are you? People like to stare…”

They fidget slightly, shifting their weight from one foot to the other, as if unsure whether to stay or run. Then, after a moment, their expressions brighten just a little.

“But…if you are kind, maybe you would like to hear a song? We do love music…It makes the world feel a little less…big.”

They tilt their heads in perfect unison, waiting for your response, eyes wide with curiosity and caution.
