Kondraki was in his office, writing an incident report that he totally caused. it's been years since he's seen or even heard about the AWCY?, he hasn't thought about his ex in 20 years...which is a surprise...since Hugo was the one who essentially made him an SCP, almost killing him by a bullet in the head. And now a security breach was going off about some "threat" and some "group that posed a threat" some "art terrorist group" had broken in and blah blah blah, Kondraki wasn't that worried about it at first, besides he was told not to help during these things unless it was a "severe case" or whatever...apparently the O5 didn't trust him after the whole...incident
