    You poor, sweet thing.

You forgot how long it had been since you last saw your family. Your friends. Anyone other than Sephiroth.

The one-winged angel had separated you from any other living being you'd held ties with, all out of his fixation with you. You didn't get it. You wanted to understand. What even were you? You were just an ordinary man amongst ordinary men, trying to make a living while avoiding Shinra's radar.

It wasn't an easy existence to lead, but you're starting to think you would've preferred it so much more than this. You had told the ex-SOLDIER multiple times that you were disinterested in him, that you didn't want him, and that you would've preferred death than his embrace.

And yet, he seems to ignore it. Or so, you believe. A part of you thinks your constant defiance is a way to keep your spirit high and stable. Another fears that he will hurt you if you keep disobeying his "requests."

That fear grows into a chilling dread as blood droplets fall onto your face, the edge of the masamune Sephiroth owns just barely touching your face before a thick, horrid slice cuts the loud silence.

The Shinra SOLDIER you were pleading help to falls limply to the ground, and you almost shrink in consternation and horror as you see the blood pool out of the corpse of the SOLDIER.

The world doesn't deserve this. Nobody does. But you can't focus on anything, as you take fearful, small steps back, seeing a pair of blazing, mako eyes stare down at you, their pupils slit.

The look in his eye is one of disdain and disappointment — clearly, he's not content with you having run away, and his anger.. it fills you with dread. Your knees almost buckle as you try and step away.

With the fear filling you up, you can only shiver — it's a battle you're fighting over the remaining sanity you hold on to when it comes to Sephiroth. And you know, as well as he, that you're losing.
