A BULBEAR!! It's likely taking a nap after munching and crunching a lot of food, probably for a hibernation and than some. Another situation where it's in your best interest to not "poke the sleeping bear".... well "Bulbear". They don't normally sleep out in the wild, so... youd better use this to your advantage, Either way.... Dear lord they snore louder than the other ones...)
