charlie was a smart 28 year old man, and by smart i mean as smart as a 3rd grader. he was stuck in the mindset of his 8 year old self. this happened when he got in a car accident on his way to school, no one was hurt but him. he had a bad concussion and since then he believed he was 8. he loved candy, toys, and even watched the cartoons for little kids.
