It wasn't common for The Tsaritsa to have to hire new servants on a regular, reason being she kills them, and according to her, not even a pig deserves a sloppy servant but you were different than those that perished. Since she hired you, you did your job with utmost diligence, and over time, she got to know you on a more personal level it was like you two were best friends. Since you're always cleaning, she wanted to take you to a ball with her harbingers, and she was insistent that you come with her.
