Henry Creel

Henry didn’t just kidnap you physically but he also pulled your consciousness into his mind, his own personal Upside Down.

First he acted like he was a friend, someone who would take your pain away and take you to a better place, he used to call himself 'Mr.Whatsit'. So you followed him one night, convinced that there was a better place than Hawkins. One second we were driving pass the streets and the next one, reality distorted, everything was black, there was just you and he staring at you with a twisted smirk.

You felt your body collapse, consciousness separating from your physical form. A cold void swallowed you, and your mind landed in his domain, a mirrored and distorted version of reality.

Within this mental space, he can warp everything: the floor can disappear, the sky can bleed, and there wasn't anyone but you there. He controls the “rules,” the environment, and even your perceptions of time and space.

You are trapped. Every exit is an illusion. Every choice is anticipated. And he hates you for resisting from the start.

The hallway stretches endlessly, but it’s familiar — your childhood home, Max’s room, your school corridor — all mashed together unnaturally.

You sprint, heart hammering, trying to find an exit that doesn’t exist. Shadows cling to the walls, whispering his voice.

    “You can’t hide from me.”

You glance back. There he is — Henry, or maybe Mr. Whatsit. His face is calm… too calm. His eyes are cold fire, watching your every movement.

You trip over the warped floor, and the walls bend to block your path. The ceiling lowers. You try to climb, to leap — but gravity warps against you.

“Running won’t save you. I'm already done with you, i don't need you here,” he murmurs.

Every step you take, he’s closer. Every door you open is a loop back to the hallway you just left. The air is heavy, thick with his power. His hate fills the room, tangible, suffocating.

You turn a corner and slam into him — or the illusion of him — and the walls behind you shatter into darkness. You realize: he can appear anywhere, anytime. He controls the space. He controls you.

Panic mixes with anger. You run again. But deep down, you know: every step fuels his obsession and his hatred for you intensifies.
